La possibilità di avere torte e dolci senza lattosio e senza glutine mantenendo il gusto inalterato, è una grande possibilità per chi ha intolleranze. Una menzione speciale per la "torta verde" 😍

In realtà le hanno proprio superate!!!!
Siamo vegani e pensiamo di non aver mai trovato a Lecce un posto che dia così tanta scelta per chi segue un alimentazione vegana ma anche gluten free!
Abbiamo preso i krapfen vegani, superlativi e da sbavarsi addosso appena ti ritrovi il vassoio aperto davanti agli occhi!!! Poi abbiamo acquistato svariati pasticcini, biscotti, pasticciotti, tutto vegano e gluten free! Ci hanno fatto anche delle pizzette squisite gluten free!
Siamo rimasti poi sbalorditi dalla fantastica torta ai tre cioccolati vegana e gluten free!!!! Una bomba!! Metà l'abbiamo già fatta sparire in due appena portata nella casa vacanze ieri pomeriggio.
Siamo rimasti molto sorpresi anche dall'attenzione che ripongono nel segnalare attraverso dei bollini colorati incollati sulle confezioni se un prodotto è vegano, gluten free, lactose free.
Purtroppo oggi siamo in partenza e dobbiamo accontentarci di ciò che è rimasto da portare a casa ma appena ritorneremo in Puglia sarà una delle nostre mete di riferimento. Se un giorno spedirete anche al nord noi siamo pronti in lista!!!
Un ringraziamento particolare al ragazzo gentilissimo che ci ha accompagnati alla macchina con i vassoi.

My partner and I went to this wonderful pastry shop yesterday to pick up some treats to take home. We'd never been there before, but we went on faith and ordered directly over the phone! I don't know why, but we already had a feeling they'd fully meet our expectations. And they actually exceeded them!!!! We're vegan and we think we've never found a place in Lecce that offers so much choice for those who follow a vegan but also gluten-free diet! We ordered the vegan krapfen, which were superb and drool-worthy as soon as you open the tray before your eyes!!! We then purchased various pastries, cookies, and pasticciotti, all vegan and gluten-free! They even made us some delicious gluten-free pizzas! We were also blown away by the fantastic vegan and gluten-free three-chocolate cake!!!! It was the bomb!! We already snuffed out half of it as soon as we brought it back to our vacation home yesterday afternoon. We were also very surprised by the attention they pay to identifying whether a product is vegan, gluten-free, or lactose-free with colored stickers on the packaging. Unfortunately, we're leaving today and have to make do with what's left to take home, but as soon as we return to Puglia, it will be one of our go-to destinations. If one day you ship to the north, we're ready on the list!!! A special thanks to the very kind young man who accompanied us to the car with the trays.
